[Case Study] Dehydrating 50 tons of vegetable waste per day
We handle everything from creating layout designs, designing equipment sets, manufacturing, delivery, to installation!
Two DM60 units with a processing capacity of 3 tons per hour have been installed and are designed to operate for 8 hours, processing a total of approximately 50 tons of vegetable residues through dewatering. Although the processing capacity is the same for both units (DM60), the equipment is differentiated based on the nature of the materials (the right unit is for vegetable and fruit residues for feed production, while the left unit is for composting vegetable and fruit residues). A large hopper has been installed on the screw conveyor for transportation, allowing a large quantity of vegetable residues to be loaded at once, which reduces the number of loading cycles and improves work efficiency.
